Job summary

DERCA Group of Companies, Inc., a franchisee of Anytime Fitness in the Philippines, seeks a Membership Consultant to boost our sales and marketing efforts in Metro Manila. You will participate in events, handle inquiries, and convert leads into memberships to drive gym growth.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail sales or direct marketing, with a focus on customer service, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in retail sales or direct marketing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash/receipts and daily sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in events and initiatives to generate leads and promote the club.
• Follow through on sales leads from social media, messages, inquiries, booth, etc. and inviting the prospects to visit the gym
• Convert leads to membership sale
• Follows protocol on on-boarding new members
• Follow the club's policy on decking of new members
• Promote the club's group exercises to the new members
• Issue official receipts and submit end-of-day sales report to the Club Manager
• Update the productivity tracker
• Assist in managing minor member complaints and concerns and inform the Club Manager accordingly
• Diligently prepare the daily sales report and endorse cash payments to the Club Manager
• Follow up on the membership payments prior deadline
• Makes sure that the gym is secure and clean, and report any equipment or fixtures that need repair
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
