MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is hiring a Member Support Officer Accelerators for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will address member inquiries and set up new accounts for Digital Marketing Hub, Connective Property Tools, and My Website.

This cross-functional position emphasizes exceptional customer experience, using CRM and marketing automation tools, and coordinating with product teams to resolve issues and identify retention opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent phone manner

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

This role is focused on addressing member enquiries, setting up new accounts (Digital Marketing Hub and Connective Property Tools), identifying retention opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience for members accessing Connective's product portfolio, including Digital Marketing Hub, Connective Property Tools, and My Website.

The Customer Service Support is a cross-functional role that interacts with internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, this role acts as a liaison between our members and the product sponsor to provide information on our products and services, setting up new accounts, monitoring product usage, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Drivers of success include following communication procedures and guidelines, completing account set-ups efficiently, handling customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and going the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
