Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to handle member inquiries and set up new accounts across Digital Marketing Hub and related tools. You will identify retention opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this cross-functional role you will liaise between members and product sponsors, ensure smooth account set-ups, monitor usage, and resolve issues, all while following defined procedures in a fast-paced environment.

• Tertiary education in Marketing or a related discipline (favourable).

Job Summary

This role is focused on addressing member enquiries, setting up new accounts (Digital Marketing Hub and Connective Property Tools), identifying retention opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience for members accessing Connective's product portfolio, including Digital Marketing Hub, Connective Property Tools, and My Website.

The Customer Service Support is a cross-functional role that interacts with internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, this role acts as a liaison between our members and the product sponsor to provide information on our products and services, setting up new accounts, monitoring product usage, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Drivers of success include following communication procedures and guidelines, completing account set-ups efficiently, handling customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and going the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service.

• Tertiary education in Marketing or a related discipline (favourable)

Skill: Preferrable if they have skill using an email marketing platform (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Mailjet etc) and a customer service ticketing system (Intercom, dynamics etc)

Experience: Proven customer support experience and experience working with CRM software and marketing automation tools (such as ActiveCampaign)
