Baseline Fitness in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, support front desk tasks, and welcome potential members with tours.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership and communication, with hands-on involvement from check-ins to marketing support, inventory, and maintaining the club's image. Full-time supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.

• Greet and tour potential members.
• Support Club Manager and maintain policy/compliance.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and inventory tracking.
