Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific seeks an Inclusion Lead to drive EQUIP’s GEDSI strategy across the program. You will work with DFAT and partners to ensure GEDSI considerations shape design, delivery, and decision-making, guiding teams and field activities.

You will lead analytics, training, and tool creation; coordinate with DepEd and other stakeholders; mentor staff to strengthen GEDSI capabilities; ensure safeguarding and integrity standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFAT policy and requirements in the Philippines or similar contexts.
• Experience integrating GEDSI in education, skills development, youth, or workforce programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, government counterparts and development partners.
• Experience managing technical advisers, consultants and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and periodic review of the Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan, aligning with Work Plans and Strategy.
• Oversee GEDSI integration across activities through research, analysis and field activities.
• Manage technical advisers and partners delivering GEDSI initiatives and program activities.
• Conduct GEDSI analyses of pilot schools and partner activities to identify priorities.
• Provide technical advice to DepEd and stakeholders to apply GEDSI findings.
• Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to EQUIP and partner staff on GEDSI.
