Job summary

IDinsight in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Project Lead to coordinate international development research projects, lead data collection, and deliver client-ready reports and presentations. You will guide teams, ensure quality, and contribute to strategy through evidence-informed insights.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in development or related fields, strong analytics, and proven writing abilities. Travel to project sites and client locations is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics, statistics, public policy, or related quantitative/social science fields (Master's degree welcome).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in international development, research and evaluation, data analytics, consulting, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to econometrics and data analysis tools.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical jargon into well-structured deliverables.
