Job summary

Paragon Care Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead end-to-end supply planning for capital equipment and related Medtech products.

You will optimize inventory, align demand forecasts with production, procurement, and distribution, and support commercial objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Direct reports include Procurement Manager; indirect reports are Supply Planner’s & Logistics Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or capital equipment.
• Experience managing complex, high-value, low-volume product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and business targets.
• Manage inventory levels across warehouses, field inventory, and consignment stock.
• Optimize stock holding to balance service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risk.
• Lead inventory reviews, including excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock mitigation.
• Lead the supply planning input into S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align plans.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide scenario planning and capacity analysis.
• Work closely with global and regional manufacturing sites and suppliers.
• Manage supply constraints, lead times, and production schedules.
• Ensure continuity of supply for critical capital equipment and components.
• Drive supplier performance improvements (OTIF, lead time, flexibility).
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics planning for capital equipment.
• Ensure efficient deployment of high-value equipment to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate installation timelines and availability with service teams.
• Ensure supply chain activities comply with medical device regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain traceability and documentation for capital equipment and components.
• Support audits and quality system requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP where applicable).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
• Act as the key supply chain contact for capital equipment portfolio.
• Communicate supply issues, risks, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in planning systems, tools, and workflows.
• Implement best practices in supply planning and inventory optimization.
• Leverage data analytics and ERP systems to enhance decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of Supply Planners & Logistics coordinator, across ANZ.
• Set objectives, manage performance, and build capability within the team.
