Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Manila to develop and execute plans balancing demand with inventory and material availability. You will collaborate with global planning teams and cross-functional partners to optimize supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supply planning, solid S&OP understanding, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Kinaxis/Oracle) to drive cost efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supply planning or related roles.
• Knowledge of S&OP cycle and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or external suppliers preferred.
• Experience with ERP or advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans to balance demand, inventory and availability.
• Monitor inventory, material availability and supply risks; take proactive actions.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain planning data and parameters in ERP and planning systems.
• Collaborate with SG/US Planning teams, Procurement, Marketing and other partners.
• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer performance to ensure continuity of supply.
• Apply knowledge to tasks and work on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Identify solutions to technical problems and act to resolve them.
