Job summary

I.E. Medica, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end operations from Mandaluyong on site. You will coordinate demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, generating analyses, and driving process improvements to maintain a secure and efficient supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and logistics including importation.
• Ability to analyze data and produce operational reports using ERP systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards for pharmaceuticals and warehousing.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Business One is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Industrial Eng/Business; CSCP/CPSM certifications are an advantage.
• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure compliant delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize order cycles.
• Support process improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports and analyses to guide operational decisions.
• Assist in risk management, cost control, and implementation of SCM systems.
