Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an experienced Fenin Grant & PGB Event Manager to lead end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations under the FENIN framework. You will oversee PGB platform management and coordinate logistics with clients, hospitals, HCPs, and suppliers to ensure compliant, transparent service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Meetings & Events management in Health Sciences.
• Experience managing HCP services under confidentiality and compliance restrictions.
• Experience with congress registrations and attendee logistics.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables) and MS Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations under FENIN framework.
• Coordinate workflows between clients, hospitals, HCPs, and suppliers ensuring transparency.
• Oversee attendee services including registrations, accommodation, and transport.
• Prepare budgets, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Support annual audit processes and maintain documentation.
