Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of event coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review event requests for completeness and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics (venue, travel, accommodations, ground transportation).
• Serve as primary logistics contact and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create and update event websites with accurate information.
• Develop budget estimates and identify cost-saving options.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Track registrations and coordinate participant changes.
• Support financial management, including PO tracking and vendor payments.
