The Fenin Grant& PGB Event Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of educational grants and HCP-related meeting services for MedTech clients operating under the FENIN compliance framework.

The role includes PGB platform management, HCP and small groups logistics coordination, sourcing, financial reconciliation, compliance reporting and audit support aligned with annual Fenin compliance and audit requirements.

What You´ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations under the FENIN compliance framework using the PGB platform
• Coordinate operational workflows between clients, hospitals, HCPs, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with hospitality and transparency requirements
• Manage attendee services including congress registrations, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics
• Prepare and manage budgets, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting with accurate record-keeping in PGB and internal GBT systems
• Coordinate sourcing, supplier management, and logistics for national and international events while negotiating rates aligned with compliance requirements
• Support annual KPMG/FENIN audit processes and maintain comprehensive documentation management
• Monitor operational timelines, approvals, and service delivery milestones to ensure on-time execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, hospitals, and client teams throughout the event lifecycle
• Provide accurate event reporting and operational analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with FENIN confidentiality requirements and maintain detailed operational records

What We´re Looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of Meetings & Events management experience within Health Sciences industry
• Demonstrated experience managing HCP services under confidentiality and compliance restrictions in regulated environments
• Experience managing congress registrations, attendee logistics, supplier coordination, and financial reconciliation
• Strong understanding of transparency, hospitality compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Intermediate Business English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure in highly regulated environments
• Team-oriented mindset with strong operational ownership and stakeholder management capabilities
