Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Medical Technologist to join a fast-paced outpatient clinic network in the Philippines.

You will perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology, ensuring accurate specimen collection, handling, analysis, and documentation. Operate, maintain, and calibrate equipment to quality standards; record and validate results; support inventory control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC) or related allied health degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
• Able to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional in patient and peer interactions.
