Job summary

Care Center Clinic in Metro Manila is seeking a Mobile Lab Medical Technologist to join our mobile clinic laboratory team. You will manage specimen collection, perform laboratory examinations, and ensure quality control in a field setting.

The role requires a BS Medical Technology and 1–2 years of healthcare experience, plus the ability to work with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

About the role

The Mobile Lab Medical Technologist performs duties and responsibilities within a mobile clinic laboratory environment, managing specimen collection, laboratory examinations, quality control, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures the completeness of all needed Mobile Clinic/laboratory reagents and supplies

• Proper maintenance of all machines and equipment

• Maintains cleanliness at the working area

• Ensures traceability of all specimens collected in the laboratory

• Performs all required Mobile Clinic/laboratory examinations, ensuring that they are being done with utmost accuracy and efficiency

• Monitor reliability and accuracy of each test run by doing quality control

• Strictly adheres to maintaining the confidentiality of all laboratory results

• Prepares specimens for send-out and coordinates with the concerned laboratory for pick-up and release of results

• Strictly observes standard set on aseptic technique and universal precaution, as well as proper storage and disposal of infectious wastes and/or sharps

• Ensures timely reporting of results and that results are correct and accurate

About you

• Graduate of BS Medical Technology

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in a healthcare environment

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Customer service oriented
