Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Supervisor in Mandaluyong to manage the sourcing of medical staff for Reliance United's clinics. You will build and lead a network of channels, partner with Talent Acquisition, and create a strong candidate pipeline to meet staffing needs.

The role requires at least 5 years of volume sourcing/recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a shifting schedule. This is a full-time on-site position in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant volume sourcing/recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong operational discipline and time/resource management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a timeline-driven environment.
• Experience with social sourcing channels and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Harness technology within recruiting Space (social media, etc.) to ensure online presence of Reliance United's subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies with Talent Acquisition - Site Staffing to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Maximize traditional channels such as job boards and agencies to connect with potential candidates.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and organizations by attending events for employer branding and pipeline sourcing.
• Develop and maintain a network of candidates across the medical industry.
• Collaborate to identify position requirements and best sourcing channels.
• Ensure an effective referral program for medical-related roles.
• Keep an active pool of past candidates for opportunities.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source candidates.
• Lead projects to improve Sourcing methodologies and market Reliance United as an employer of choice.
