Job summary

RelianceUnited (ActiveOne Health) recruits an Admin Staff to manage clinic administration across Ayala Makati, Shaw Mandaluyong, Eastwood QC and Santa Rosa Laguna, with focus on reporting and HM0 support.

The role requires nursing background, strong communication, and solid computer skills to coordinate check-ups, process certificates, and handle site HR data requests. Onsite work with prompt start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing (RN/Underboard).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems (Google Sheets, MS Office, G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports for Client Site HR (pre-employment and annual physicals, clinic transactions).
• Provides assistance in HM0-related activities of Site personnel (enrollment, availments).
• Schedules and coordinates executive check-ups and annual physical examinations for site employees.
• Validates medical certificates; responds to data requests from Site HR.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Locations: Ayala Makati, Shaw Mandaluyong, Eastwood QC and Santa Rosa Laguna

Qualifications:

• Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, Bank Account and Vaccination Card
• Preferably can start immediately. (Within 7 days)
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse/Underboard)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge in computer systems (use of Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Office, G-Suite) other platforms as needed for monitoring.

Job Description:

The AdminStaff is expected to perform a wide range of administrative activities in the clinic which include but are not limited to the following:
