Job summary

IQVIA Asia Pacific in the Philippines seeks a field-based medical sales professional with strong hospital account management experience. You will drive formulary inclusion, engage hospital stakeholders, and leverage the pharmacy dispensing channel to meet sales quotas.

A background in cardiometabolic therapies is advantageous, and resilience with negotiation skills are essential. Strong communication and product-learning ability will help explain complex services to pharmacists and doctors.

Qualifications

• Pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management.
• Driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders.
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to learn about products and explain them to pharmacists and doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area knowledge is a plus.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.

• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
