Job summary

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

This role requires extensive fieldwork, relationship building, product presentations, and the execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets while strengthening the company's presence in key hospital accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical-related field or related area.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a passion for building client relationships.
• Keen interest in healthcare products and pharmaceutical industry.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork Mon-Fri and work from home on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products through regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and hospital personnel.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory coverage objectives.
• Plan and manage daily fieldwork activities, call schedules, and territory coverage.
• Organize and participate in product launches, medical meetings, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
