Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a field-facing professional to promote nutrition and healthcare products through ethical, science-based engagements with healthcare professionals and institutions in the Philippines.

You will build advocacy, communicate evidence-based information, and support brand development while ensuring product availability and market execution within the territory. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives, travel extensively, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Food Science, Medicine, or related field; Marketing/Business Admin degrees considered.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convey scientific information to healthcare professionals clearly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for promoting nutrition and healthcare products through ethical, science-based engagements with healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. It builds product advocacy and professional recommendations by communicating evidence-based information, strengthening healthcare partnerships, and supporting brand development initiatives within an assigned territory. The role also collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, market execution, and achievement of business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions to increase brand awareness, recommendation, and product advocacy.
• Execute territory plans and ethical marketing initiatives that support brand growth and business objectives.
• Deliver scientific, evidence-based product information and updates to healthcare professionals through presentations, professional discussions, and educational activities.
• Organize and participate in healthcare engagements, medical education programs, and professional events within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, market coverage, and effective execution of business plans.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and healthcare industry developments, and provide relevant insights to management.
• Manage territory performance, customer records, activity reports, and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical promotional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Food Science, Medicine, or a related health or nutrition science field. A degree in Marketing or Business Administration can be considered.
• Open to fresh graduates but experience in healthcare sales, medical promotion, pharmaceutical sales, nutrition advisory, or a related customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• You must have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• You must have the ability to communicate scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals effectively.
• You must have strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
• You must be customer-focused and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• You must possess a valid driver’s license and have at least one year of driving experience.
• You must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• You must demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and a strong commitment to healthcare and nutrition advocacy.
