• Plans weekly itinerary for approval of the Team Leader or Area Sales Manager.
• Promotes products and secure sales results.
• Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs towards customer satisfaction and protection of company and products.
• Organizes appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
• Establishes good rapport and professional relationship in the procurement chain.
• Negotiates contract agreements.
• Awareness of actual sales at any point in time.
• Attends pre-bidding/bidding proper and assists the Government Coordinator in preparing bidding documents.
• Makes sure that No Disqualifications of Biddings.
• Performs product demonstration to the target customers.
• Expands area for the top new hospitals.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products and merchandising techniques.
• Monitors Purchase Order against NOA for each account.

Other functions

• Responsible for all sales transactions booked and signed by you on its authenticity, legitimacy and collection. Booked transactions resulting in inability to collect shall be under your responsibility.
• Attends conventions, seminars and exhibits.
• Attends Monthly Product and Sales Marketing Training.
• Attends Annual Sales Review.
• Attends government biddings and reports the result immediately. Submit Bid Abstract/Summary of Bids.
• Gathers actual competitor's sample for inspection.
• Secures safe handling of company properties such as promotional materials, samples, demo units, accountable forms, Tarkie unit and others.
• Undertakes surveys as requested by Product Specialist and completes special assignments related to the job.
• Facilitate and follow up collection.
• Maintains the level of confidentiality, business ethics and professionalism.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
