About the role

Exeltis International Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring their effective utilization and driving business growth.

The following are the vacant territories:

• Bulacan

• Pampanga / Bataan / Zambales

• Batangas

• Cubao / BOPIS area

What you'll be doing

Ensure a close working relationship with the District Sales Manager of the Philippine

Operation and all key /relevant personnel. To provide the following:

• Identifying Sales Performance Issues and formulation of action plans

• Execution of sales strategies and sales plans

• Identifying and monitoring of key performance Indicators

• Develop Territory business plan and sales strategy that will ensure attainment of the territory sales and goals

• Communicate selling messages for each promoted brand clearly, concisely, credibly and passionately.

• Plan and Organize marketing programs that will address customer needs and increase increase usage of promoted products

• Conduct regular hospital pharmacy and drugstore visits to strengthen market information and identify opportunities

• Build a positive working relationship with the key MD customers and total practice and keep an updated profile on essential information about them (names, roles, best time to cover, needs)

• Provides timely feedback to Immediate Manager regarding sales performance, product movement and competitor activities.

• Adheres to all Company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are cascaded down to the sales team

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales/marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to healthcare professionals

• Excellent product knowledge and the capacity to quickly understand and adapt to new product information

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
