Job summary

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell products in Makati. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in sales, and strong communication skills. The role requires excellent time management and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Promote, advertise, and sell the company’s products and services through effective communication, and product and service demonstration and presentation.
• Generate sales through meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets, create action and contingency plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and customers to ensure product adaptation and retention.
• Conduct, research and develop market intelligence reports, trends and plans internally and externally.
• Manage and organize territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and optimize time management.
• Adhere to the objectives and goals of the department, regularly reports market and sales activities, trends and customer highlights and reports on time all the times.

Perform other relevant function as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business or related field preferably.
• With proven relevant years of experience in the same field and/or as pharmaceutical sales/medical representative.
• Able to travel, can drive and has valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Able to work with minimal supervision, independently and in a team.
• Results-oriented, and with task prioritization and time management skills.
• Has strong communication, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
• Instilled with discipline and integrity.
