Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR workflows.
• Experience handling patient health information or medical records preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and record indexing processes required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure medical records are complete within the EMR system, obtaining missing chart information and signatures.
• Report on incomplete records based on deadlines.
• Review ROS, Exam, HPI, and MD notes for accuracy.
• Retrieve existing medical records from EMR systems and scan/input documents.
• Verify correct indexing and create new entries/sub-files as needed.
• Monitor automation tasks and ensure data integrity.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
