ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Medical Operations Associate in the Philippines. You will provide medical and scientific operational support for clinical research activities, collaborating with Medical Monitors and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate medical deliverables, safety data reviews, and study documentation aligned with requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; clinical research or medical affairs experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; collaborative and proactiveApproach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willing and able to work in a homebased setup (office-based for the first 6 months).

• Participate in internal and external project meetings and teleconferences, as required.
• Support project and financial tracking, including unit metrics, out-of-scope activities, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and project-tracking systems.
• Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across Medical Affairs.

We are currently seeking a Medical Operations Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will provide medical and scientific operational support for clinical research activities, working closely with Medical Monitors and cross-functional project teams. You will help ensure that medical deliverables, safety-related data reviews, and project documentation are completed accurately and in line with study requirements.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or another related medical or scientific field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in clinical research, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, or patient safety is an advantage but not required.

• Basic understanding of clinical research protocols, patient safety, and applicable regulatory standards is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize priorities and manage multiple deliverables.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willing and able to work in a homebased setup (office-based for the first 6 months)
