Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a Medical Information Client Manager/Team Lead to oversee client accounts within the MICC.

The role involves ensuring client success through project oversight, regular touchpoints, and coordination with client stakeholders to meet KPIs and service standards. The candidate should have 2–5 years in Medical Information or pharmaceutical environments, with strong leadership, writing, and data management skills, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Two to 5 years of Medical Information and/or pharmaceutical industry experiences.
• Experience in a Contact Center and Pharmaceutical industry environment.
• Must speak, read, and write in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned clients and ensure success through implementation, ongoing management, and regular touchpoints.
• Mentor junior staff and provide initial and ongoing training.
• Monitor staff performance and update client resources to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with client performance requirements and service standards.
• Handle medical information inquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams.
• Assist in audits and manage client invoicing.
