Job summary

Inizio Medical is expanding its global Medical Information and Contact Centre teams, seeking a Quality Analyst to monitor interactions for Adverse Events, PQCs, MIRs, and general inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance and client expectations. The role partners with Program Leadership to coach and drive continuous improvement.

The position supports a remote, globally distributed team, requiring strong English communication, call-center experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• PRC registration with the applicable Philippine health regulatory board preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication with US-based professionals and patients.
• Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or healthcare call centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review interactions to ensure regulatory and client guidelines compliance.
• Identify quality issues and coach teams to improve quality standards.
• Assist with implementation of quality and compliance initiatives and audits.
• Coordinate with leadership in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
• Analyze QA metrics and recommend improvements to procedures and documentation.
