Job summary

Inizio Medical is seeking a Medical Information Specialist Team Lead (Licensed) to drive high-quality medical information services from a remote setting in Manila. Qualifications

• Current PRC registration and good standing with the Philippine regulatory board.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of leadership or training experience in contact center operations.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Knowledge of United States healthcare systems, medicines regulation, pharmacovigilance requirements, and healthcare compliance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contact center technologies.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate with U.S.-based professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Call Center staff to ensure prompt, accurate responses via all channels.
• Coach and mentor team members and provide feedback to promote quality and compliance.
• Document data accurately in project databases and escalate issues per FDA and client requirements.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members; support leadership initiatives.
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
