Ideal candidates have strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with American English proficiency and a track record in medical coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in medical coding.
• Certification in medical coding/auditing (e.g., AHIMA, AAPC) preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in American English.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Results-driven with reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including task assignments and progress monitoring.
• Allocate resources to meet reporting and performance targets.
• Address client queries promptly and build strong client relationships.
• Participate in client teleconferences to enhance collaboration.
• Generate and analyze MS Office reports to monitor performance and quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Share updates and ensure compliance with directives.
• Oversee scheduling, leave management, and staffing levels.
