Job summary

MED-METRIX INTERNATIONAL PH-I, INC. seeks a Content Development Specialist to design, develop, and maintain training curricula and materials focused on medical coding.

You will partner with Coding Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Training to support onboarding, upskilling, and certification readiness. The role requires instructional design expertise, strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and adult learning principles, plus experience creating instructor-led and e-learning

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in curriculum design or training content development.
• Healthcare or medical coding training experience preferred.
• Medical coding knowledge or experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end medical coding curricula for new hire training and upskilling.
• Create instructor-led materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
• Ensure content aligns with coding standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and identify skill gaps.
• Maintain content with periodic guideline changes and version control.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Compliance, and Operations to validate content.
