Ingenious Philippines is looking for a Medical Coding Trainer for our growing Medical Coding Team!

Qualifications

• Have an active Medical Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA
• Bachelors Degree Holder
• Experience as SME, Trainer or of a similar role
• Preferably experience in Outpatient Coding, Profee Coding, E/M Coding etc.
• Experience in Claims and IP Coding is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions on current billing and coding information in the medical field.
• Develop curriculum and training handbook and create presentations.
• Coordinate with the QA team to assess comprehension of training efforts.
• Organize and participate in coding and reimbursement meetings.
• Ensure that guidelines and metrics are understood and followed to meet client satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns the client may have and ensure that all stakeholders are looped in on essential conversations.
• Address any issues or misunderstandings the staff may have in the event new guidelines are set forth by the client.
• Monitor that client systems and applications are in optimal performance to ensure timely submission of all deliverables.
