Job summary

ISTA Solutions in Manila is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will oversee end-to-end medical billing, lead the billing team, and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursements.

The role requires 1–2 years BPO experience with US healthcare accounts, at least 6 months of supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong; night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years BPO experience with US healthcare accounts.
• At least 6 months leading a team or supervising.
• Strong knowledge of HMO billing processes: claims, denials, cash posting.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end medical billing: submission, denials, follow-ups, posting, reconciliation.
• Lead, supervise, and coach the billing team.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and performance against targets.
• Handle escalated issues, denials, and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HMO requirements and payer guidelines.
• Track outstanding claims and AR to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and update on team progress.
