ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Philippines. You will oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, lead a billing team, and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement for US healthcare accounts.

The role requires 1–2 years in BPO US healthcare, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and willingness to work night shifts onsite at Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

1–2 years BPO experience handling US healthcare accounts.
At least 6 months of team lead/supervisory experience.
Good working knowledge of HMO billing (claims, denials, cash postings).
Revenue cycle management/Accounts receivable knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end medical billing process including submissions, denials, follow-ups, cash posting and reconciliation.
Lead, supervise, and coach the medical billing team.
Monitor team productivity, billing accuracy, and targets.
Handle escalated billing issues, denials, and payment discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with HMO requirements, payer guidelines, and internal procedures.
Track outstanding claims and AR to support timely reimbursement.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare performance reports and update on team progress and concerns.
