ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You will perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, review patient bills for accuracy, and follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycles.

You will work with a team that values work-life balance, professional growth, and long-term success, with onsite requirements in Makati or Mandaluyong and night shift availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account.
• Good working knowledge with medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, appeals.
• Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid).
• Excellent verbal & written English skills.
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a changing work environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
