ISTA Solutions in Manila is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will oversee end-to-end medical billing, lead the billing team, and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursements.

The role requires 1–2 years BPO experience with US healthcare accounts, at least 6 months of supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong; night shifts are required.

Competenze

• 1–2 years BPO experience with US healthcare accounts.
• At least 6 months leading a team or supervising.
• Strong knowledge of HMO billing processes: claims, denials, cash posting.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Account specific roles & responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, including claim submission, denial management, follow-ups, cash posting, and payment reconciliation
• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance and coaching to the medical billing team
• Monitor team productivity, billing accuracy, and performance against established targets
• Handle escalated billing issues, claim denials, and payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with HMO requirements, payer guidelines, and internal procedures
• Track outstanding claims and accounts receivable to support timely reimbursement
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and billing accuracy
• Prepare performance reports and provide updates on team progress and operational concerns

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years BPO experience handling US Healthcare account
• With at least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experience
• Good Working knowledge with HMO Billing (Claims, Denials, Cash Postings)
• Knowledge on Revenue Cycle Management/ Accounts Receivable is a PLUS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
