Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA/QC professional in water and waste engineering or related mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems for water treatment and waste management facilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Philippine codes.
• Excellent inspection and testing skills with QA tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive QA/QC inspections of mechanical systems, components, and equipment across project phases.
• Develop and implement QC procedures and checklists for mechanical installations and operations.
• Perform testing, verification, and validation of mechanical systems for design and regulatory compliance.
• Document all QA/QC activities, findings, and corrective actions in reports.
• Identify deficiencies, non-conformances, and areas for improvement with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor adherence to project specs, codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics for audits.
• Conduct root cause analyses for quality failures and deviations.
• Provide regular quality status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and process enhancements.
