Modair Manila Co., Ltd. Inc. is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead Data Center construction projects in the Philippines. You will supervise mechanical system installation, commissioning, and site operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, quality standards, and schedules.

The role requires 10–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be Licensed in Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• With at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering related in construction industry.
• Must have substantial experience handling Data Center construction projects particularly in mechanical system installation, implementation, supervision and commissioning.
• Proven experience in managing and directing overall mechanical project operations, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, manpower allocation resources management and progress monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in reviewing and approving mechanical drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and method statements.
• Experienced in managing and supervising Mechanical Engineers, Project Supervisors, subcontractors and other project personnel.
• Capable of leading project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
