Job summary

A mechanical engineering firm in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Review Specialist. Responsible for identifying mechanical process deficiencies, managing project phases, and supervising CAD development. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong skills in HVAC and project management, and excellent communication abilities. Willingness to relocate within Metro Manila is required. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical design review and installations.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, VRF installation, QA/QC, and BOQ presentation.
• Ability to manage construction projects.

• AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL DESIGN REVIEW & INSTALLATIONS


• KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HVAC, VRF INSTALLATION, QA/QC, AND BOQ PRESENTATION


• ABILITY TO MANAGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS


• COMPETENT IN DOCUMENTATION AND PREPARATION OF REPORTS. (INCLUDING PROGRESS BILLING REPORT)


• WITH EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT


• WITH EXPERIENCE IN TESTING AND COMMISIONING


• EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATION (WRITTEN/VERBAL) SKILLS


• WILLING TO RELOCATE (NCR)


• CAN START ASAP

Responsibilities

• Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements


• Designing and developing prototypes


• Analyzing and testing prototypes and each revision of a device


• Supervising the development of computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings from junior team members


• Developing, initiating and managing all phases of projects


• Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors


• Collaborating with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources
