Job summary

DG Engineering and Construction Services in Calamba, Laguna, is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings for Mechanical HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, and related As-builts. The role includes identifying opportunities, presenting services to clients, and leading mechanical projects from planning to completion.

You will conduct site visits, stay updated on industry trends, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate with teams and clients.

Qualifications

Knowledge of technical drawing using AutoCAD or other CAD software 2D and 3D.
1–2 years of experience in mechanical sales/project management.
Background in Estimates, Project Management and Construction is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to work and negotiate well with teams and clients.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
Knowledge in Mechanical HVAC and Fire Protection System.
Demonstrated design experience in Mechanical HVAC and Fire Protection Systems is required.

Responsibilities

Preparing, designing, and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD for Mechanical HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, and other Mechanical As-builts Plans.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the mechanical sector.
Present and promote mechanical services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects.
Conduct site visits to assess project needs and ensure compliance with standards.
