Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME).

• Able to read technical drawings and plans.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D) is an advantage.
• Willing to do field work / site inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical systems in the building/site.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support installation and repair works of HVAC, pumps, and related systems.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and assist in project implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
