Responsibilities

• Assist design, review, and implementation of HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Prepare and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site inspections, supervision, and coordination with contractors and teams.
• Lead site workforce, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for updates.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and fire regs.
• Prepare as-built drawings, reports, and turnover documentation.
