Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep of sterilization machines and related equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure reliable operation.

You will train and coach technicians, manage spare parts, document SOPs, and drive safety standards to maintain a productive, safe plant environment. Prioritize quality and compliance while addressing machine performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintains function and reliability of sterilization machines and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; assembly, operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing or replacing faulty components and parts
• Initiate/ Facilitate equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity
• Initiate/ Facilitate investigation on all quality problems related to machine performance and provides corrective and preventive actions
• Initiate/ Facilitate controls and monitoring of equipment spare parts to assure its availability
• Initiate/ Facilitate the controls and safekeeping of equipment drawings and manuals, as well as generating/ revision of production maintenance related documents like SOPs, procedures and records
• Implement standards and procedure to maintain safe and healthy work environment
• Initiate/ Conduct Equipment Calibration and Validation
• Other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
