Job summary

Interior Crafts of the Islands, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to organize the maintenance team and ensure production runs efficiently.

You will plan day-to-day activities, manage resources, and ensure all team members have the training and tools needed to meet our quality standards.

Qualifications

• College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of TPM processes and maintenance planning.
• Computer literacy with maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain factory facilities and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Plan, execute, and monitor TPM schedules to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Establish and manage shift schedules to meet objectives.
• Oversee resources, parts, consumables, and equipment availability.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while ensuring quality and environmental compliance.

In this role, you will plan day-to-day activities, manage resources, and ensure all team members have the training and tools needed to meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain factory facilities and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and eliminate operational downtime.
• Plan, execute, and strictly monitor Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) schedules to achieve manufacturing deadlines.
• Establish weekly or daily shift schedules and direct department activities toward set objectives.
• Manage logistics and resource requirements, ensuring manpower, parts, consumables, and equipment are available.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while implementing quality and environmental compliance programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) processes.
• Computer literate with a solid background in maintenance procedures.
• High analytical ability equipped with strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
