Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a multinational semiconductor firm in Clark, Pampanga. The role centers on delivering device handling solutions with emphasis on handler features, Change Kits, and docking interfaces, supporting SEA region customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and customer teams to drive growth, ensure design quality, and lead end-to-end projects from concept to production readiness. Willingness to travel and overseas support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Thermal / Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in mechanical design or mechatronic/automation hardware.
• Proficient in 2D CAD (AutoCAD, Cadra) and PLM tools (NX, TC).
• Willingness to travel and support overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project execution for robust device handling solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, R&D, sales, and customers.
• Provide technical reviews, standards, and documentation governance.
• Support CK/Docking and customer-facing technical discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement and project delivery to production readiness.
