The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical/sanitary engineering, at least five years of relevant experience on building or civil projects, and an updated PRC license. You will coordinate with teams to achieve smooth, compliant execution.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and standards, including the National Building Code and Mechanical Code.
Conduct regular inspections and promptly identify, document, and rectify deviations or substandard work.
Oversee the installation, implementation, testing, and performance of mechanical systems and components.
Ensure compliance with performance requirements, safety standards, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Monitor system performance and verify that installations meet approved project requirements.
Certify system readiness during commissioning, testing, and project turnover.
Prepare, organize, and maintain technical and documentary requirements for government audits, project turnover, and occupancy permits.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical/Sanitary Engineer in building, civil works, or education-related projects.
Updated PRC License is required.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction standards, codes, testing, commissioning, and quality requirements.
Excellent technical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
