Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or PME, preferably.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering, construction, building maintenance, manufacturing, or property development.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, motors, generators, and other mechanical systems.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering/design software is an advantage.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine building codes, mechanical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, technical analysis, and project coordination.
• Able to prepare technical reports, estimates, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and field work.
• Able to work independently and effectively with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other departments.
• Willing to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
