Job summary

Cybalink Solutions in Pasig City leads high-quality mechanical drawings and 3D models for industrial projects. The role requires an experienced professional to manage design outputs, collaborate with engineers, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of drafting experience and strong Autodesk skills, with a willingness to work full-time in the office at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 7:00AM–4:00PM or 08:00AM–5:00PM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is desirable.
• 7+ years as a Mechanical Draftsperson with CAD experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks and Vault.
• Ability to lead projects and guide junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage 3D CAD models and technical drawings across all project phases.
• Ensure outputs meet Australian Standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project teams to deliver design solutions.
• Lead and manage drafting work and project deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and improve drafting processes.
• Support tendering and project execution through technical documentation.
