About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical & Building Maintenance professional to join Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Assists with the repair of Industrial Machine Mechanic (IMM) with all the machines that requires repair.
2. Able to identify the location of all machines and equipment per department (Plant, Warehouse and Admin.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, implementing timely repairs to restore functionality
4. Conduct building inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas requiring attention
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing for compliance and tracking purposes
6. Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. Knowledgeable about all machines, their parts, and tools to be used.
2. Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field within industrial, commercial, or facility management environments
3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to resolve complex mechanical issues independently
4. Competency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment safely and effectively
5. Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical maintenance are highly desirable
6. Can work with minimal supervision
