Job summary

Mega Prime Foods Inc. in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, seeks a dedicated forklift technician to service and repair forklifts and related equipment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and accurate record-keeping for all service activities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience, familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and a NC II Servicing major in automotive. Training will be provided to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certification NC II Servicing major in automotive

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery inspections, and brake adjustments.
• Identify, diagnose, and address equipment malfunctions and safety issues promptly.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts, and labor time in the system
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, including work performed, costs, and equipment condition.
• Work closely with the fleet management team to prioritize and schedule repairs.
• Assist in training forklift operators on proper equipment use and maintenance practices.
