An MCN Manager (Multi-Channel Network Manager) oversees a network of online content creators (often on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram) and helps grow the MCNs influence, engagement, and revenue. This role typically combines creator relations, campaign management, strategy, and performance analysis to support growth both for creators and brand partners.

Typical Responsibilities

Creator/Influencer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers (especially Mega/Macro creators).
• Advise creators on content strategy, audience growth, and campaign performance.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Interpret marketing briefs and develop MCN campaign strategies.
• Plan, execute and monitor content collaborations, livestreams, or branded campaigns.
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign success and creator performance.

Partnership & Business Development

• Onboard new creators or partner networks.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, brand, and growth teams.

Performance & Optimisation

• Identify trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, or monetization.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including creators, brands, and platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with social media platforms (together with analytics tools).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and KOL/creator ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
