Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Latin honors are highly advantageous.
• Strong scholastic or extracurricular achievements may help (e.g. Board Topnotcher).
• Proficient with inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material planning.
• Create POs for direct materials and record material movements in the system.
• Coordinate constantly with suppliers and project engineers regarding projects and warehouse inventory.
• Manage material movement entries in the system.
• Perform ad hoc duties related to purchasing.
